I could have swore I searched for this a few weeks ago and ai already had Shai as the MVP this year. Surprised they haven't officially announced it.

Edit: apparently TNT has the rights to announcing the awards, interesting. I assume they’ll announce MVP before game 1 of the ECF tonight. Voting was done April 15th so they’ve just been sitting on it - maybe they didn’t want to announce it during the OKC/DEN series for whatever reason

Not announcing it before the OKC/Denver series was criminal. It's been nearly a decade since the top two MVP candidates faced off in the playoffs (that hideous OKC/Houston series with Russ and Harden in 2016-17).
