I'd say get both. Buy the digital version of ground zeroes since its cheaper and you probably wouldn't get much selling it back anyway.

Waiting on MGS V to drop in order to buy a new system
I would rent Ground Zeroes because of how short that shyt is going to be....no clue why they didn't just delay that shyt and release it alongside phantom pain as one package...i'm not paying $60 for 90 mins of gameplay (which I doubt is gonna be that long with MGS history of long ass cut scenes).
