What are your thoughts on it and/or your experiences doing it? I'm curious since I'm gonna start the week after next (taking a 1 credit class for school to finish up).

I love it. I do a couple routines sporadically throughout the week. Nice exercise and the cool thing is that you can adjust it for how strenuous you want it to be. it can be as simple as light stretching or a serious test of strength and flexibility.

What were some notable changes that you felt physically or mentally that you've noticed when you first started?
fukk if i know dude i started doing this shyt when i was like 6 when i went to temple.
feels nice, you feel flexible, balance, your mind clears if you got too many thoughts.
think of it as a combination of meditation and exercise
at doing this since you were 6. Definitely got me looking forward to it much more.
