Thats magnesium citrate. That shyt ain't worse than zinc though. :francis:One morning I timed it wrong. You're not supposed to take zinc on an empty stomach and usually eat before I take it but this day I took zinc as I was eating thinking it was cool. Man I spent all day in the trainers office taking a shyt. Couldn't even leave the practice facility. Literally slept in the trainers office in-between shytting sessions.

Old thread but magnesium is the 'recovery' electrolyte. Pain during or after a workout is usually a sign of a magnesium deficiency.
