I read about that shyt yesterday in the Huffington Post and two things crossed my mind. The first thing that I thought was that some of these unsolved shootings in the hood are actually crackas driving through shooting at people.

There was a thread on here about this very thing. Had a video of a off-duty cop hopping out of an SUV and popping shots at some folks in Chicago.

The second thing that I thought was that a lot of cops are in those alt right hate groups and they let that shyt go on, because there is no way that they didn't know that that shyt happened. They were just not going to arrest their co-haters.
