I don't mean rich or upper class by successful. You can be a teacher, making modest money and living comfortably. You can also be making six figures, living in a house you cannot afford while maxing your credit cards.

Women who ask for money are predominantly not doing shyt in life, IMO. They may have a good job while struggling to make rent every month. And that largely comes down to decision making: how you spend money, how hard you work, etc. I can immediately tell when a woman is on that timing. It oozes out of everything they say or do. They want to make their struggle YOUR burden as soon as possible. Sometimes as a joke, other times as a weird conversation point.

"What's up"
"Thinking about how I pay this light bill..."

:bryan:

I can't even fathom asking people I barely know for money, yet this shyt happens every day.
For sure. Seeing people dropping their cash app on social media every birthday makes my skin crawl. Like damn, I can’t just wish you well anymore :dahell:

But its the norm now

Its far more common amongst gen-z women. Theyre younger and thus broker, plus social media more likely to indoctrinate them into saying/believing dumb things.

Like someone said, if you date women with their shyt together you dont come across this much.
This might be something worth looking deeper into. You know how gen z men been radicalized by loser ass nikkas like Joe Rogan, Andrew Tate, etc. preaching bullshyt? This might be the other side of the coin with gen z women being radicalized by prostitutes and porn stars preaching fake lifestyles.

This is not bad at all. It’s nothing wrong with you saying “i’ll swing through and pick you up”

OP is talking more about chicks who do shyt like this: “the west end is kinda far, can you send me money for gas?” Or chicks who be like “can you get my hair and nails done before we go out”

Dumb shyt like that. A lot of people have already said it, but if a chick really likes you, and wants to spend time with you, she wont pull that stupid shyt.

I’m all for the coffee dates.
They allow them for white men every day of the week but it's "low effort" when black men offer it. Never forget that. White people are 100% fine with a coffee date to check the vibe and go from there. You can easily get a white chick to do a coffee date with you. Good luck with other races though.

I just had one with a black woman Monday. But you’re so right.

My own sister told me she wouldn’t entertain a coffee date. Saying that she could buy her own coffee. And I was trying to explain to her. It’s not about how much you spend but about the time you spend

I see why she’s single too… :pachaha:

The rule always was, you plan the date, you pay for the activities...

If she asking you for money to get her hair and nails done for the date, rent etc that's instant bushes...:camby:

If you need to pay a bytch for her time, that's an escort...
This

At least, how it used to be while I was actively dating

I honestly never had a problem with paying for a woman I was out with, always felt like the Gentlemans thing to do..

But once they started asking/begging for money for basic shyt, or spending money in order to spend time (more valuable) becomes an everyday event, at that point you’re not someone I’m dating.. you are either a user or a child/dependent especially if we just met or are not in a serious relationship (meaning we are in agreement that we are exclusively and ONLY with each other)…

then it’s instant bushes. :yeshrug:

Yup the cost has nothing to do with it. It's an easy way to get to know someone and determine whether you want to pursue them.

For me personally I have done coffee dates but would never suggest one because I'd rather do other shyt. Specifically, go to one of my favorite restaurants lol. I'm not single anymore but I liked restaurant dates because IMO it was the best way to get a sense of somebody. You get to see how someone presents herself at a restaurant, how she treats the wait staff, and some sense of if she has class or not. You get to see if she eats like a child too, which is a no no for me. If we're going to a nice restaurant and you're complaining dishes aren't "seasoned" enough it tells me you're used to all that sodium at Applebees/Red Lobster/etc.
