Open a bubble tea shop in a high foot traffic area. See Yonge St in my city Toronto. Street is filled with them and they’re all washing cash for wealthy Chinese investors. shyts pretty clever when you think about it.
Once generating enough cash in my “business accounts”, I’d use some of that bread to buy condos to rent/AIRBNB and pay someone cash to manage the unit. I know a few property managers who would gladly do it for some under the table bread.
