It really just depends on how you train your body. I've seen 40 yr olds washed cuz their back hurts running over a dock plate. I'm still rowing 225 in my 40s thanks to celltech and no explode lol

No, it's true, my mother legit just said this to me yesterday: she didn't start feeling officially old until 70.

I just turned 42 yesterday and its the young ppl around me looking flabby and sick. I know at least two under 30's who got obesity-related surgeries in the past few yrs. Meanwhile, Im 125 lbs. And that's just one metric.
