This chick left me a message on my voicemail the other day, and in the message, she says something along the lines of "Who has a voicemail greetings anymore? Anyway, call me back."
My boy commented on it in a message too, "Caught me off-guard with that professional-ass voicemail greeting. Anyway, call me back."
I got bored and recorded a greeting a few months back because it dawned on me that my number looks suspicious. It looks kind of like a hotline number; everyone talks about it being the easiest number they've ever seen, but I still have my Detroit area code so I figured I'd let people (jobs, namely) know that they got the right person. Also, figured it'd start encouraging my friends to leave a message if it's actually urgent.
Have formal voicemail greetings gone the way of the song ringtone? Do people still have song ringtones?
Please advise.:lupegarvey:
