Those damn things are a bytch to clean. I used to work in a cafeteria with a shake/ice cream machine years ago. You gotta drain all ice cream/shake out of the machine, run a sanitize solution through it, then clean it out thoroughly running the solution through it. Takes a minute to do it. That's why they do it about an hour or two before closing time. It's something that has to be done every night. shyt can't sit in the machine all night, or folks will fukk around and get sick because they unplug the machines when they close.

“okay well im going to call corporate because they need to fix that damn machine, its been weeks”

My brother worked at 5 Guys and said those machines are dirty as fukk and even get mold in them. I never get ice cream from fast food joints now. I also avoid the ice machine too.

kitchen hygiene in any franchised joint will always be :scust:
none of the employees give a shyt about whats clean and what isnt, they just trying to get that cheq and KIM
and they'll hand you that nasty ass food wit a smile on they face :hhh:
