There are legal and tax benefits to getting married that two single people living together simply don't have. While there are things to look out for tax wise and legally, in most instances the pros outweigh the cons.

"Husband" and "Wife" forms an offshore LLC in a low-tax jurisdiction. Most of the family's savings are funneled through that. The LLC is your 'marriage certificate'
I knew this would be said and it might be true to some degree. But every woman ain't the same believe it or not. Plus her definition of marriage is not the same as most. We been commited to each other longer than some legally married folks we just don't have the piece of paper telling us what we already know

I knew some guys who were in a similar relationship as yours. The girl always eventually comes around to the idea of wanting to be married. Knew a guy in his 60's who was suddenly pressured by his wife to finally get married after decades of being in cohabitation.
sounds about right. If she wanted it that bad I wouldn't have a problem with it

You can but marriage has Legal and tax benefits that cohabitation doesnt...theres the lower tax rate which is always nice 
Legal.....For example my wife can never be compelled to testify against me in any court which is really nice if your woman knows where all your bodies are hidden...
Married people have more legal powers in case something happened to me my wife is my de facto beneficiary and representative unless a will is in place...
if yall cohabiting and one of you dies with the bank accounts and property in the name of the dead one the other is royally FUKKED...they will have an uphill battle fighting the govt and unknown relatives for that shyt.

Cos the government is the one handing out the licences you dont think your girl would snitch if she was hit with a subpoena...a year inside would change her feelings real quick
