Kurupt was still a problem on Streetz

Check Trilogy for receipts.

After Streetz Kurupt went off of a cliff.

Space Boogie still had its moments. Kurupt definitely had one of the biggest fall offs though. His verse on Schoolboy Qs album was WOAT.

I gotta admit though I was looking forward the Pete Rock project that never came out. "Yessir" was a great song.

Look. The song is called “Callin Out Names”. How the fukk u make a song called “Callin Out Names” without calling names out? I honestly believe it’s a reach when people say he dissed Nas for the simple fact he DIDNT say Nas’ name. I’m trying to give Kurupt more credit than that. But if he DID diss Nas. It doesn’t make Nas look scared. It makes HIM look scared to call his name out. And Nas didn’t respond right back to Jay. Ur buggin out.
He said fukk the firm. He said fukk belly. What else do you need?

Especially just 1 year after dissing him on "let that slide"

It's not called "call out all names individually"

He name dropped DMX and Ja Rule specifically. Did not name Foxy yet she's considered the main target (and also is dissed on it's over now...the single on the next album space boogey)

I guess Pac wasn't dissing Nas either right?

Ain't y'all the same ones who be saying "he didn't have to say they name - that subliminal dissing. We all knew he was talking about" when Mobb Deep and them niccas stay not saying names? But Kurupt does it and it's different?

Bottom line, these are facts:

- Kurupt dissed Nas on two consecutive albums and Nas never said anything back.
- After that, Jay threw a stray at Nas, and Nas got a reply the next day.
- Then Nas next album he dissing damn near everybody he knows, but no words for Kurupt.

Nas didn’t give a damn about Kurupt lol. He BARELY gave a fukk about Jay-Z and Takeover, Jungle had to convince him that Takeover was really hot in the streets and was damaging his credibility.

Nas only reference to Kurupt is this..."What happened with the Firm, did you and AZ bone Fox? NO"

Isn't the 2nd verse on "Come Get Me" off of Nastradamus about Kurupt? Could have sworn he was low-key getting at him on there

I think it’s unintentional strays at nas fir affiliations ...but kurupt said it himself

....., now if I didn't say yo name, then this ain't for you
But if you try to speak then I'mma peel the paint for you
I cause brain tumors thinkin' of a thought to think

:ehh:

Facts. If Nas wanted smoke. Kurupt would've obliged.

But he said Firm. That's like saying "fukk G-Unit" isn't a 50 diss. Firm is not just a group Nas was part of...that was for all intents and purposes his group.

Yea I think it was unintentional bait ,like when a homie you cool with is fighting Someone you f with it heavy on his 1’s and the first homie you cool with says I got no beef with you but F your homies and if you want it you can catch it too.

Firm weren’t Day 1s and not a “gang” like the unit , it would’ve been different if he said F braveheartz...

Do you look at it also as a shot to Dr.Dre

?

Nope. First of all Dre produced on that very album. Dre's voice is also on the song. No disrespect to SOS Band but Dr Dre's chronic is largely the world's introduction to Kurupt. Ho a housewife appeared jointly on Streetz is a motha and 2001. Kurupt was on next episode. Dre also produced on Kuruption. Kurupt also plainly says some people representing New York ain't shyt in New York. NOBODY from the west was dissed in calling out names.

The firm was one of Dre's acts...not a group that included Dre as such. In the same way Eminem is not a member of Slaughterhouse.

AZ is practically Nas' Sauce Money or Royce. Nas put AZ on the map. I swear before Affirmative action (on Nas' It was written) there was...basically no firm. Cormega was kicked out and Nature was added because it's Nas' group (well I think Steve Stoute but Stoute and Nas are arguably like Eazy and Heller (rest in peace).

Foxy...practically didn't even exist beyond an I shot ya remix feature pre Firm

The firm is not some super group made up of previously established stars like Slaughterhouse, HRSMN, Riflmen etc. It was Nas and people associated with him. This is why Nore (who wasn't even a member but was always around them) asked Nas how they formed and Nas basically said that he felt everyone had a crew and he needed one.

Yeah, one of them made a song called "13 and good", the other one was fukking them 13 yr olds :mjlol: "allegedly":yeshrug:

Nas would smoke Kurupt, if they had to go at each other. None of kurupt songs come close to that ether.
This calling out names song was a comedy, like when one of them drunk uncles who starts rambling about people he don't like :russ: fukkery
