NYC got the worst apartments i've ever seen in my life. Paper thin walls and floors that you can hear your next door, upstairs and downstairs neighbor just walking around or farting in their apartment. Cant even enjoy your music without some random cac getting mad because they believe you gotta treat your apartment like a library. All of this while paying $4k+ for a tiny 1br
