pacs the biggest imo. when hiphop came here we mainly listened to pac. no one i know, grew up with or met ever mentions anyone else as the goat. its always pac. even though we didn't really understood all the lyrics as teens, pac had a way to transport emotions through his songs, i dunno how he did that. no one here gives a shyt about eminem btw.

Pac music connects with Whites, Blacks, Asians, Latins, Arabs..etc.
