How do you explain guys who lift weights not being able to do pull ups ? Or losing their muscle faster then calisthenics guys
Easy, guys who lift weights are almost always heavier. Weight distribution is not proportional (e.g., If you gained 30 pounds a vast majority will be in your torso, legs, back etc but your arms dont became proportionally as strong so its carrying a heavier load, hence its harder to pull up the additionally weight).

You'll usually see a 170-180 pound guy easily out pull up a 220+ pounder when you know the 220+ is stronger. Calisthenics is a bodyweight movement, the less the body weight the easier it is, generally. I speak from experience and a functional level of knowledge.

You may be conflating strength with be8ng or are just more impressed with calisthenics and are misusing terminology.
