Husky could flip it into a "Husky is who I used to be, before the change happened" type of angle and play off of his old moniker. It would be really easy to do if crowd smarks forget they have any home training again.

In all honesty, they should just ignore it. The general consensus from what I've seen is that everyone was against the chant, so it probably won't repeat regularly.

I think this really speaks why NXT Season 2 bombed so badly. Giving guys horribly bland names like "Husky Harris" and Michael McGuillicutty" and no real character direction can leave a stain that take sometime to rid even with a great repackage in the Bray Wyatt's case. I hope WWE learns their lesson in not rushing talent to TV without clear distant characters and names that make sense and are good and not the goofy, bland, or

I see both sides on this, but this is that grey area which will alter by scenario. I wasn't bothered by it since I was too busy going

I can see the annoyance in this particular case given the proper build and well executed debut. Just have to charge it to the game though, regardless. This will always happen when someone has their character rebooted (Ryder, get ready
) We are all smarks - but there will always be that group live who need to make it clear that they "aren't being fooled" and will voice it.
As far as the Superstars of the E, they need to learn how to troll back within character. When Ryback gets them Goldberg chants he needs to just wink at the camera and bust out the Spear/Jackhammer. Same with Tensai and the Train Wreck (when he was somewhat relevant during his 3-week mini push circa 2012.)
Bray could just look at the crowd confused and cut a promo on "this Husky Harris guy." Would probably get a pop, if anything. Ignoring and acknowledging may both encourage the chants so they just have to no-sell and power through it. If you're good, it won't matter - and based off the initial pop, I think they'll be fine.

It's tough, that's why I said ignoring or acknowledging may encourage the crowd regardless. Like with Skip, he ignores but doesn't seem to matter. Too early to tell with Bray.

Either Michael Cole can do it, he can blatantly use it in the angle, or he can troll using the word Husky like Cena did the heel turn.

WWE's finishing up the year in the UK though so I doubt the chants become a permanent thing. They'll be too busy humming Fandango's theme.

I said it after the Raw after WM.
I couldn't deal with that shyt on a weekly basis. It's like if crowds started chanting we want hot dogs at a football game.
The one good thing about smark crowds though is they will cheer for guys who deserve it like Bryan, Punk and others.
Without the smarks it would have been hard for them guys to get as over.

Remember when they had to remix Kurt Angle's theme song because people we're chanting "you suck" like 3 years after Edge asked them to do it ONCE in a promo?

Honestly, it's started by a lot of people making the experience better for themselves. The horrible experience you can have at a live RAW doesn't really hit you until you're there. Saying what the crowd is supposed to do or saying they have "job" is weak. The show itself has a job, and that's to entertain.
We can find something we like while watching on tv, and have the ability to switch channels if we don't care for another Vickie/Divas/wrestler-you-hate portion of the show. Those people in the crowds that paid money can either sit back and be bored, or take it upon themselves to go into business for themselves.
Look no further than the Fandango song. People took something for themselves, and the E had no choice but to shamelessly play off of it by sending Fandango out there for some of the WORST segments on recent E television.
