Yeah if I didn't have all my apps tied into google, I'd probably go Apple/Windows or just straight Apple.

Do you mean paid apps or Google services/apps? I just made the switch a few weeks ago and all of the major hitters (Gmail, Google Music/Drive/Docs/Sheets/Keep, etc.) are available . In some cases (like Gmail) the alternatives are much better (Outlook). I was surprised how good Google support is on iOS (though, admittedly it's not as integrated through the OS)

I always wanted to try Windows mobile. I wish it would take off more so it'd be worth it.

If they would have had the app selection down with WP8, they probably could have been a major contender. The OS was so smooth and fluid. The hardware was excellent too (back when Nokia was the major manufacturer). The lack of apps was a heartbreaker though. If they get their stuff together with WP10, they still have potential to be great, though they're not going to eat into the market share of the big two.

Apps. Google services can :camby:. I have a ton of humble bundle apps that only work for Android. Best case scenario, I cop a Samsung tablet and go full Windows or Apple phone.

On a regular day its pretty bad. I had an iPhone 6+ and it would easily last me from 8am to 9 or 10pm without a problem. The G4 I have to lower the brightness and keep background stuff off to make it last from 8am to 4pm. I got a charger at work now so it's not a big deal but still, the battery life sucks. It does charge really fast though. I go from 0 to 100% in like an hour or so. Something like that. I had bad luck with Android phones before but this one has been really good. Personally I think this has the best UI of all the Android phones. I just prefer apple because I have a recording studio and am used to working on macs. It's a really good phone though. I reccomend it to anyone.
That's the problem i'm having the battery is kinda bad for a new phone. I've read that it needs to be used for a week or so to get going but so far I only get 8 hours.

Every phone I've had with a removable battery I've never taken the battery out. I don't usually keep a phone longer than a year now because past that point the resell value tanks and I always get the 128 GB model of whatever I can so storage isn't an issue. I have to try on purpose to fill 128 GBs. I have 93 GBs of music on my phone but if you count what I typically listen to it all actually fits on my 16 GB iPod Nano because my most listened to playlist sync to it as well

removable batteries and SD cards aren't really a big deal now that 128 GB model phones exist and chargers are so cheap.
Not a big deal to you maybe, but being able to have the option to swap out my battery is important to me. I can get by without removable storage, but again, I like to be able to have the option. Just my preference. And I know that goes for a lot of people, it's just that some folks are more willing to bend because they want the shiniest new toy or don't want to make the effort. For a person who is on contract, it probably doesn't bother them as much because they are paying month to month and the difference in the monthly payments from 32 to 64 gigs is only a few bucks. But if you're like me and purchase phones off contract, there is usually about 100 dollar difference between the two storage sizes. I hate that because I'm not getting anything for that 100 bucks but more storage, and storage isn't that expensive. So part of it for me is preference and part of it is principle.

I have too much into Google at this point to not have any phone that isn't Android.

Yeah if I didn't have all my apps tied into google, I'd probably go Apple/Windows or just straight Apple.

I'm running all of the major Google apps (Inbox, maps, earth, chrome) on my 6+ with no issue other than chrome crashing due to lack of memory (Shouldn't be an issue with 6S). Much prefer Google services over Apple's equivalent but rather have the stability, support and battery life of the apple product...

I meant apps bought on Google, not google service apps. I've never used google apps when I had the iphone
