fukk..I need to scan through this real quick to check out Barrett's return

Underwhelming to be honest. They should have just gone with the run-in at Summerslam. Actually, he should have just laid on Blandy tonight, since he's going on leave soon anyway.

Couple thoughts on the show...

-Alright, finally Barrett has a good finisher. Seeing him beat up Yoshi makes me want to see a revamped version of the Tajiri/Regal servant angle from 2001.

-Now I see what people mean when they say Mysterio works like a junior heavyweight instead of a luchadore. That classic fluidity and spontaneity is just gone.

-If Bubba and Devon DID come back to the E, I want them to team up with Damien Sandow and call their stable 3DS. BTW, that segment between him, Orton and Zig was lame.

-Sheamus's Cloverleaf is SICK. I just have to :smh: at anyone who says he's a bad worker between his ever-improving moveset and all the good bouts he's had.

Sheamus is definitely a good hand. Probably the best big man they have. Now they just need to give his character his edge back. Sheamus was swag surfing on cookie cutter faces in '09 and '10.

And the thing is his character is ridiculous right now. Super corny and Cena-lite in promos, but does borderline heelish things (and not in a goodway) like kicking announcers (he's kicked ricardo before but go figure they are selling last weeks kick as the 1st time) and ziggler for no reason, using weapons against DelRio, goading people the audience knows (kayfabe wise) he can beat to get into the ring with him and fight him etc :wtf:

Like I don't even know how the casual fan is supposed to perceive him right now. Why can't he just be a no nonsense ass kicker, shyt would be much simpler and effective.

Exactly! This was why his character got over as babyface last summer. He was feuding with Henry I think. By the time he started feuding with :bryan: he turned into a annoying cena-esque douche.

I always thought Sheamus should have been a "ECW Mike Awesome" level character: he'll come out and challenge anyone and fight, no long out promos, no bullshyt, would fight anyone... would have been the perfect tweener character/champion. But yeah they have him as a Cena-level babyface that has me  at times. His moveset is nice though:ehh:

Punk needs to attack Bret on Raw. Montreal will boo him out of the building.
He should cut a promo on how last year at MitB, Vince tried to screw him in his hometown the same way he did Bret. Only difference is he didnt allow that to happen because he is actually the best in the world, unlike Bret who just used it as a catchphrase. All of Bret's friends and allies backstage agreed to conspire in secret and screw him over without even thinking twice, but that would never happen to Punk because he commands RESPECT.

That's actually decent but far too complex for the audience they're catering too. Honestly, I don't see Punk being anything but a cookie cutter "serious" heel to go along with Ziggler's cocky heel and Bryan's goofy heel.

None of these characters have much depth to them. Think about it, WHO is Dolph Ziggler? WHAT'S his purpose?

Why is Punk beating up announcers if he wants respect? WWE always goes the cheap heat route. Why can't heels be right? Why must a small change in ideals cause a complete personality overall?

I would :deadrose: if he says that.
