Endurance breaking workouts.
Long distance running and biking (maybe 15-25 hours per week), swimming for hours on end, kettle bell workouts until they’re second nature, there are a few guides online.
I thought that endurance workouts make you lose a lot of muscle though :ohhh:. I want endurance but muscle at the same time. Not too much muscle though.

I had 2 close "encounters" with Navy Seals.

1 before going to Iraq. My unit was Artillery, but we were retrained as Infantry before going to Iraq. At one point a group of us was selected to be trained by Seals on close quarter combat and house clearing for 3 days, and when we were done, we would go back and train the rest of the unit. Well, there were 4-5 seals and only one of them looked super fit. 2 were on the slim side and 2 had little beer guts. All of them knew their shyt tho.

The 2nd time, we were actually in Iraq and we received Intel that a pretty major player was operating near our area. Dude was pretty big time. They tasked our unit to go in and get him, but 3 Seals actually lead the mission. We prepped for about 2 hours and did some quick training for about 45 mins before heading out. And again, 2 of these guys had pot bellys and 1 looked like he worked out some, but wasn't big like that ( Dude might have been a farm boy that got toned up when he got to the military now that I think about it). But again, these dudes just moved different.

Its like seeing a regular dude shadow box vs. seeing Mayweather, or Pacman shadow boxing. Dudes were just different.

Seals get pushed to the limit. Respect to them. 99% of people couldn’t hold the candle.

He’s still incredibly physically fit.
Like Ironman fit, not brolic, but dude could probably be ready for the Tour de France in under 2 months.

Exactly

They’re not swole but athletically they still shyt all over the average human being

Seals hours downrange is crazy. They have phds in close quarte, marksmenship etc etc

Seals are by an large on the slim side.

Swoleness will only hurt you. As said repeatedly before. You have swim/run 20 to 25 miles each.
