In our building maintenance has to go through the men's bathroom to go through another door that leads to other building utilities. So this bathroom will often be "shutdown" when they are doing a lot of maintenance work, and if it's not shutdown, they will still sometimes randomly come through.
So I go in there, thinking about taking a dump, but someone is already in the stall doing work, so I just take a piss at the urinal. Dude in the stall was doing work, you can tell he was struggling with one of the muddy low fiber poops, he was letting out farts, it was starting to stink, and you could regularly hear small poops fall into the water, that's a lot of detail, but it's important for this story.
So I'm like, let me get out of here, and go to wash my hands.
As I'm washing my hands, we hear that knock, "Maintenance!" (One of the maintenance people is a woman, so they can't just come rolling through)
Dude in the stall is like, "I'm here", but they hear me washing my hands and thought I said it, so they open the door, and I'm like "Nah. there is someone in the stall."
So they got the door wide open, just standing outside the door in a large group, and this dude still letting off farts and still dropping deuces in the water, and the smell is leaking out in the office hallway, and anyone that comes out in the office hallway can hear it.
So I hurry and finish washing my hands, and get out of there quick, a breh outside the door had this face
they still got the door wide open talking to him as I'm leaving, asking him when he might be finished, and everyone sitting near the hallway can hear them talking. I think they were mad because whatever they had to check was time sensitive.
That dude kind of saved me, that was almost me.
