You ever feel like the Internet is the worst thing that has happened to humanity?

All the shyt were exposed to, how anything you wanna look up is just clicks away. The sites like worldstar that corrupt minds, and twitter where extreme hate and racism is put out every second of the day.

Growning up as a kid we would play sports and go outdoors, now days you have these kids getting corrupted from the net.

Don't get me wrong it has it uses for sure but we lived without it before.

There are plenty of people who don't use the internet for these things.

And we've lived without things like telephones, which enable you to communicate with people that your neighbors can't see.
We've lived without writing, which allows us to know what people we've known are thinking, and the spread of ideas we'd otherwise never know about.

The internet is the second greatest invention in the history of man behind television. People are always quick to point out all the access to bad stuff it give but never look at the flip side of the coin with the good information that is a few clicks away also. Theres a how to video for just about everything on YouTube yet gundam style has billion views. Same way Jersey shore was the highest rated show on TV when channels like PBS and TLC were damn near out of business from lack of money.

People are always going to choose entertainment over learning. The internet is no different.

It used to be; they didn't watch u watch shows and video games, now its the net

Theres no reason for your kids to get messed up, on the net, if you watching like u should

The world has evil, parents are supposed to be protecting the children

its bad in the way that people can pretend to be one way online and then be completely different in person. not only is that weird, but its showing that instead of working on their actual personality theyre trying to be a troll for attention, or become someone theyre not. using the net to diguise their real self.

the computerized, inhuman ways of communicating are inferior in almost everyway to a live and in person meeting and discourse. a lot of people act more humble in person than how bold they do online.
