USPS trolling is unparalleled. 
Yep been had a few "packages" come up no leaving Oaklands hub, or the niccas on the other end snatch it.
They know niccas steal etc, its just what it it, how much you insured the mail for and getting someone on the phone who actually cares.
Other than that, theyll send you to some customer care support to file a complaint.

A rather personal keepsake was sent to me from a friend. When I got it, the envelope was torn open and the tape was missing. 
Fortunately, there was no identifying information about either of us, unless they stole the tape and labeled it with the name on the envelope.
) that she got sign on delivery on...so we just happen to be looking outside from the 2nd floor, UPS truck pulls up, we see UPS man come to the door...then no sound at all, after about 5 seconds we see dude going back to the truck with the package. She was like 
...ran downstairs, I could hear her yelling at dude...that thick as middle eastern accent came out...she hasn't sounded like that in a minute 
...UPS dude gonna say he rang the doorbell and knocked...nikka didn't do either one...then he just dropped the package...I mean literally just dropped it in our driveway...got in his truck and bounced...
