Never, eye contact used to make me mad uncomfortable even tho I'm over that now.
Only time I do is when they mug me first but that rarely ever happens. When it does usually it's white people, then I mug them back! I have serious rbf serial killer face if I'm not consciously trying to "smize" so they usually get mad uncomfortable. It's one of my favorite things to do now.
