My sister used to live there, and I would have to drive past that long ass cemetery to get to her neighborhood. A client of mine from Gtown confirmed it used to be one and still had signs up until the 90s. Shyt looks like a depressing place to live.

I’ve only lived in Wilco and have seen plenty of pretty obvious signs like a big ass semi with the Confederate design all over the grill and truck, cars with MAGA and neoNazi insignia. Mainly on 35 up from Round Rock-on but I’m certain RR has its own history/activity as well. These roads are designed to not be “open” and it’s anyone’s guess the type of shyt that happens.

Just looked up NY state and the three towns closest to NYC certainty aren't sundown towns in 2021..


Bronxville (Westchester County)

Cove Bay (Nassau County)

Levittown (Nassau County)


The 4th one is near buffalo, doubt it still applies in 2021.

Long island is crazy segregated till this day they just harass you in different ways like HOA's and Police pulling you over non stop, I was a Manager at a large retail store till like 2012 and a heavy smoker , but I always keep my whip pristine and my paperwork in order and even with a Nassau county police captain's PBA card < knew him from a Basketball league > they still gave me phony tickets for busted tail lights with brand new LED backlights mind you , been had dash cams on my whip for a min, just went to court and beat the tickets, but they never searched my whip cause I never argued nor volunteered any extra information and just in case always had a pack of clove cigarettes. Suffolk county cops make more money so they are more chill , Nassau county cops got this inferiority complex and are kinda like the cops on the wire worried about their quota. but still mad vibes. got to teach your folk to keep your cool with cops for stupid ass questions Like Is this your car? what are you doing around here? , one of my Pakistany coworkers put me on some game. His dad owned a few Dunking donuts so he laced us with uniforms they see the hat and shirt in your car and they let you go. that shyt worked better than the PBA card.

Cacs are definitely Bold and will do micro aggression's like grabbing/checking their pockets when you enter an establishment, whistle or cross the street, this one time a cac bytch started walking fast then started running after both of us leaving the bank, so I did the Paul Mooney and started walking faster to scare her , and they do get mad when you pawgin even more mad when paagin.

My city was a sundown town, but it isn't anymore. There were quite a few of em in CA and perhaps some may still exist.

But, I would say that the cities and towns who have police/sheriff departments with a track record of racial profiling and abuse towards Blk ppl probably was and may still be modern day sun down towns.
