You ever met someone from middle school or high school years later

I'm always surprised to find out that some of the smartest, nerdiest dudes ended up becoming career criminals in and out of prison.

The baddest chicks back then are morbidly obese and/or single moms now

this is the real surprise to me. I remember this nerdy kid playing pokemon in math class whose mugshot I saw online for armed robbery. Really must have needed that charizard.

Another guy killed somebody in an Uber. He was so level headed though, that one shocked me.

In 7th grade I went to a new middle school, met 300 some odd kids I never knew/seen. Had a Lil girlfriend and she had a friend. Let's call her Erica. Erica was really cute and really nice. The girl I was seeing at the time was very shy. I kind of wanted to leave her for her friend but I wanted to be a nice guy. It didn't matter anyway cause whatever we had just dissolved in 2 weeks. But anyway sometime before Christmas Erica disappeared. I last remember seeing her at a dance. It's like when Laura's sister goes up stairs in Family Matters and you never see her again. I don't ever recall seeing her in class or in the halls. Fast forward 12 years. And very confusing story cut short----Erica is in my crib, now dating my roommate. Turns out she was raped by her uncle and her family moved her out of state, meanwhile she has two younger fraternal twin brother and sister that I was tight with that was a complete mindfukk ...wait....Erica is y'all older sister!?!??

I chopped it up with a breh recently from high school..
Top 10 of our class(graduate class was roughly 356)
Full ride scholarship to M.I.T.
Everything was going good for him..
Smoked a joint one night at a party he said..
Didn’t know it was laced
Works for Goodwill now..
I could tell something was off but I didn’t want to get into specifics or what the aftermath truly was(wife and daughter were with me)..

There was this girl in highschool, FINE AF, who throughout made all A's, was in those smart people classes N shyt.

A couple years ago, I stopped at a corner store to get something. As I was walking in this person who I thought was a small frail looking nikka, leaning on the wall talking to another dude was near the door. I got up to the door and this person said, whoa whats good JFLR. Not even bullshyttin, said it just like that. So I paused for a sec and looked at this person with the . She said its me Mecca. "Oh shyt, whats up" Dapped her up, and she said that she was chillin. So I walked in, about a min later she came in while I was at the register, and asked if I had a dollar to get 4 looseys. Gave it to her, and bounced.

That shyt made me feel a type of way for some reason, like how tf that happen. You hate to see it.

I'm just amazed at the amount of kids I went to Middle School with that didn't make it to see the age of 30.​

There's only like 15 of us left now and our school was torn down to make a park.

My childhood is mostly gone and only survives in memories of the late 70's to early 80's.
