She never did though. She made a statement questioning mercury levels in vaccines in the 90s and then it got picked back up this cycle as her being anti-vax. When she's written books in that are pretty much pro-vax as you can get and she's a doctor herself.

It really just came down to in the past the green party had homeopathy in their platform and that got blown out to say that the candidate themselves support that.
