Just saw one of the women I dated briefly. She was on the same roster as my wife. I really liked her physical but she was one of those super career women. She told me she wanted to be married but didn’t see herself as a family type wife, she was like maybe I can push one kid out.

FFWD 10yrs. She’s super successful working for a media company. No kids no husband. No man. She got her career though. her lonely ass GF’s all they do is brunch and take IG pics.

Women gotta understand that career life ain’t gonna love you back. Career ain’t spooning you in the bed at night.

Not that she curved me, but my first legit girlfriend when I was a kid was this popular older girl in high school. A bunch of her friends and even at least one of her teachers were pissed off that she was dating me but she was way into me at the time. I was young and naive and surprised by it all but broke it off after five months cause she was kinda taking me for granted and had started treating me like shyt.

Like ten years later I'm watching ESPN and they showing the Duke lacrosse team protests and she's up there front and center, they listed her title and she had become some sort of ultra-feminist and was screaming and yelling with the most intensely angry face I had ever seen and it did not give me good vibes.


I'm looking at that like, "I dodged myself a bullet there brehs."

Was in the gym last night and saw this chick that I was trying to shoot my shot at in my 1st year of university. My god, the fall off. She put on like 100 lbs, grey hairs (at like 26) and she also has a kid cause I saw her out before.

Nah... It's reverse, I'm actually the miserable one. All of my ex's pretty much leveled up after me. One ex in particular is really living her best life... Her husband copped her the Maserati truck when they first dropped, they stay on vacation in some exotic location, and love posting selfies from the balcony of their condo overlooking Atlanta.

We talk from time to time and hearing how happy she sounds fills me with absolute joy. When I was at their wedding, it kind of stung when she was telling him how lucky she is to have him.
