I think when someone is that out of shape and that , especially at such a young age, there are a lot of behind-the-scenes forces at play such as mental and emotional instability and trauma. I hope whatever is haunting @True Sinister can be conquered so the dude can move on and enjoy a normal life. from the online trolling combined with his physical appearance it's obvious the dude is missing out on 99% of what life has to offer.
