Names based in a specific region usually follow a set of rules that allow you to pronounce it correctly if you can decipher the country of origin. That's how those guys that call names at college graduations can pronounce damn near every name in the book correctly on the first try. The problem with a lot of the new black names is they aren't based on any set structure so you don't know how to pronounce them.

So the problem isn't that the names are unique, it's that they are unique in a way that makes them hard to decipher.

For me: I have seen names that made me go that weren't "Ghetto" names, so that isn't even always the case when it comes to avoiding stupid names.

If a white person names their kid Dragonfruit, hell the fukk yea that name is stupid, and it will still be stupid if a black person does it. Some names are just flat out

dumb either due to how they come out phonetically,leading to endless butchering of it, or it sounds very closely to an existing product or something sexual.

For 3 years I had the nickname Digiorno My last name is as Euro as it comes and I fukking HATED that. If the name you gave your child elicits laughter or wincing, don't
