You guys ever drive without brakes?

nah...but last night i hit a pot hole damn near the size of a sewer hole...my car bounced mad high on some mario kart shyt. Thought i was still good till I drove my car today. shyt be vibrating like there's an earthquake going on when its in drive. I'm afraid to open the hood. Its probably all types of shyt with broken bolts under there. If my breaks go out, I'm gonna be on some bumper car shyt in these streets.

I have. Went down a steeeeeeep ass hill, hit the brakes and there wasnt even metal there to stop with. Pushed in the parking brake button and pulled up to slow up a little bit, got to the bottom of the hill and prayed there was no car coming to the left, and made a shaaaaaaaaaaaarp ass right hand turn and almost went into the opposite lane. There were no cars coming in either direction. I felt confident about the parking brake technique so i drove to school because i had a final that day. I was hittin crazy green lights, driving like an old lady and pulling up the parking brake all the way when i needed to.
After the final im driving to the brake spot got right to the intersection where the brake place was where i had to make a left. I was goin to fast. I was about to crash into a car that was waiting to make a left lane. I pull onto the median and knock down the signs, blow the red light and wave to everyone like i was in a parade. Made the left and got to the mechanic with only some minor dent in my hood from where the sign scratched my shyt.

You could pay $20-40 for a set of decent brake pads now or $140+ for pads and rotors later breh.
Just sayin, you have a corolla and those shyts are built to last if you take care of it.

tis true ive had my car for nearly 4 years now minus oil changes and a new set of tires nothing else has popped up

I had a raggedy ass eldorado back in like 05 wit wild brake problems. My pedal used to randomly go all the way to the floor and at one point I think the brakes only worked on 1 side of the car. I got the master cylinder switched out and some brake line replaced and a few months later I slammed into the back of some white bytch in a jeep because my brakes gave out again. Smh that car was a fukking joke.
