mithras has some quality shyt, if you're a fan of the morbid angel influence and the sumerian/mesopotamian themes then you'd probably fukk with bands like sarpanitum too.



only thing that keeps me from revisiting bands like this semi-reguarly is that i get tired of the production, usually looking for more of that incantation/immolation murkiness.

I've got Mithras on my neverending queue list, but this is the first time I've actually listened to anything by them. Good stuff, gonna move them up higher.

I actually didn't hate that song but shyt like what was going on in the videos is exactly why you'll never see me at a hardcore show, I don't mind hard shoving, I don't even mind some accidental blows being thrown but when you throw a kick that hits me, I'm 100% going to take it personal every time

For some classic sabbath sounding doom I'd reccommend Blood Ceremony, I'm not too well versed in Doom but if you check last.fm or rateyourmusic, they'll put you onto some piff.
