I have, I went like the second opening night of The Dark Knight lmao. It wasn't that bad, I actually enjoyed the movie more without worrying about my friend not understanding.

Nah, I do most of my work off the cellphone but all I really need is a laptop.
I just want to set some roots at home before I set my sights abroad.

And why's that

Some people will judge you if you plan to travel by yourself. They'll think you're either a loser with no friends or a scumbag. I never cared what anyone thinks, but it does sound a little wierd that I couldn't find just one person to get lost out of town with.

On the flipside, when someone finds out you've traveled somewhere one of the questions they always ask is "Who did you go with?" I'd feel replying "nobody".

What do you get into when you travel alone out of town? I imagine a bar or a lounge, but is it really worth it?
