I initially started with only 50 in the account was only earning like 40 cents a day. Took almost 2 weeks to earn 5 dollars so I had some money sitting in savings earning .01 a month and threw some of it in there. No restrictions in the US Bitcoin is pretty unregulated right now.

Haven't had a problem since i''ve started about 2 months ago. Everyday around 130 I receive a payment.
