On this morning’s edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer said the plan is for new Raw Women’s Champion Sasha Banks to defend her title at Hell in a Cell, in a Hell in a Cell match, against Charlotte. This will be the first women’s Hell in a Cell match in WWE history.
