Batman and Ironman on my list can possibly outsmart Strange. With fortified Wakanda we have every took at our disposal.

Batman I'll grant you because he tends to have a contingency plan for everything. but the few instances he has gone up against his universes strange, Dr Fate, he has been very confused because of how illogical magic can be.


But I'm doubtful of Stark. Yes he is smart, but he's only focused in one sphere of influence which would be tech. He dabbles in other fields, but he can be out of his element easily being lapped by specialists like Mr fantastic, banner, Doom, and magneto when entering their domains. The type of intellect you're describing would be a lot closer to Dr Doom who is well versed in literally everything. For instance Doom can do everything stark can do, and he has also extensively studied magic. By comparison, Tony Stark is stumped anytime Loki walks into the room despite loki being a less skilled magician than strange.

Speaking of the game plan against Thanos, I don't know if you watch the same film that I watched; but in the movie I watched it was strange who came up with the strategy. Because of his time magic. Without Doctor strange the whole universe would have just died.
