a woman will stay with you cause you make her feel good and because she feels like there's no way at the moment she could feel better. so if you're trying to keep a girl, you're always walking that tightrope of making her feel good and at the same time making her feel like she wouldn't be shyt without you. but you will end up going crazy if you think that way.
that's why your mindframe should never be "I'm trying to keep that girl". Your mindframe should be instead "I'm trying to be happy. and if a woman is in my life, i'm either trying to get her to play her part in my happiness or i'm replacing her". the reason you go through the trouble of trying to get her to play her part is because you've already put in work and getting a new girl accustomed to your needs is long. so if you see it as fixable you work through it. but your got will tell you if she's too far gone and that's when you should cut your losses. all this depends on your patience and also on what she's willing to put up with.
she gets her happiness from feeling protected and guided because that means less responsibility for her. that's why she will always seek better than her. and once she finds it, she feels love cause it's a good situation for her. but she's always subconsciously looking for the next best thing. and she'll only stay with you if she perceives you as remaining the best option.
EDIT: the thread title is half true. if a chick percieves you as beneath her, the only three ways to get her are to either destroy her self-esteem, raise your value in her eyes or some sort of combination of the two. raising your value to her level in her eyes is the most effective way because you're focusing your energy on yourself instead of her. and if she has strong self-esteem, it might actually be more trouble breaking her down. PLUS building yourself up will actually help you in the longrun not only in pulling other chicks but also in other aspects of your life. meanwhile breaking her down won't help you out much personally.
