my only actual gripe with him is quality control... he should do the interviews and they are actually great... he's great
but you gotta know what to cut and what to leave in... that's the exploitation part... as a host you cant just keep throwing people under the bus and blaming them for talking
you gotta know when to edit, what to keep etc so you can have an actual partnership with someone providing you great content. If we did an interview and its great, but suddenly you are like 'yeah I raped this bytch but didnt get caught'

that's the whole point of editing and having a crew in the first place. It's your job as a host to keep the show flowing and save the guest from trouble. Not draw them into trouble and secretly prey on it for your own benefit.
