I actually got into DBZ during high school. I remember playing pickup ball after school, and than trying to rush like crazy to get to the start of an episode. I was prob looked like a crack head during the climax of that frieza saga, trying to get home on time

its crazy how people would get their hands on the japenese version before youtube and internet really popped off. This one kid almost ruined the series for me talking about this cat trunks being stronger than frieza, and about cell and buy. I was looking like how the fukk you know all this
