I had no plans on copping a crib in this state but she mentioned I could rent it out or Airbnb it when I’m ready to move :ohhh:

Got a graduation to hit in May, then my graduation in August, sitting for boards in October, might be able to cop a crib by the end of the year or my birthday next year :gladbron:

You can buy up to four doors with a conventional loan and fha so also look for muilti family properties. So you could live in one unit and rent out/airbnd the other units, that should cover all or most of your mortgage

I’m not sure how much house I’ll be able to afford just yet but I’ll keep that in mind.

I’d tell you to save your money, unless you can buy a broken down house in a neighborhood that will gentrified eventually. Just do the bare minimum to keep from getting harassed by the city bc trust they will pull out everything to fukk with you once the process starts.

Check with HUD for new proposed developments in the hood areas. Any luxury apartments, etc.

This market is rough as fk and only going to get a hell of a lot worse for first time buyers. We entered the market early November and put in 4 offers which all got rejected. Found the house we really wanted but had to go to asking price (not terrible) and got the sellers to cover closing since there are some small things that need repair. Spent half a mill when we didn’t want to go over $400k :pachaha:

It appraised at $25k over the deal price though, got final approval today and closing signing paperwork next Monday, 4300sqft which is almost triple the space we have now:win:
