Without tattoos but in this day and age it's rare to find a woman without any. If it's somewhere not really noticeable like on the ankle or something it's cool but these women nowadays have tattoos all over their chest, neck, and arms

Really depends on the tattoo. I automatically write off any chick with a singular shoulder or arm tattoo, but a clean, quality sleeve on the right woman can be kind of sexy. Has to be extra quality though.. or a stylish hip or bikini line tattoo.
