And definitely would deal with a man making $20 or less either.
If that($20/hr) is considered a winning salary then I guess I should be grateful.

) you should know your worth. I started where I work at about $21 an hour and got a promotion, a few raises, now I'm comfortable. But when I was fresh out of college single with a one bedroom apt and no car note... a breh was eatin at $42 K a year.

bullshyt. right now Im making 0 dollars an hour (school) and thats down from a cushy corporate job in NYC doing advertising (~100k). never been happier.
as long as you can provide for yourself/responsibilities it shouldnt matter how much cash you bringing home if you happy.
frankly, if you one of those material wealth kinda cats i feel for you. homies needa be working on being happy with themselves regardless of how much "kipple", you have for yourself as ray bradbury would say.

just depends on where you live, if ur in the the South $15 an hour , is considered upper middle class and you can live comfortably.
In California $15 an hour is probably less than what my man Felony Frank gets outside the Marriot Hotel in Downtown Oakland pan-handling.
