The whole nerd thing.....Nerd used to be an insult but now a large group of smug cats who feel they're special snowflakes for having certain hobbies or knowing obscure facts about the super moon etc have tried to turn it into a term of endearment

Secondly when some nerds complain about being ignored for other men (that does happen, but they have tunnel vision and can't fathom that some nerds can be jerks just like some guys who aren't nerds can be), they always act like all nerds are nice, sweet good guys and all the guys who aren't nerds are a$$holes. Like nerds can't be douchebags like anyone else can. I worked with a guy who was definitely a nerd back when I was in college and the guy could not understand why some chicks weren't feeling him. It was because he was snobby and arrogant about his intelligence, like I know this, I did this, bet you didn't etc. I don't know if he ever figured out but it was def the problem and for any of the other nerds who don't understand, sometimes yes it IS your personality, yes you CAN be annoying or a douchebag just like any other demographic can be. I'm not saying it's always the case but sometimes it definitely is. Don't act like all nerds are nice and all guys who aren't are a$$holes.
