two solutions:

A (the one i favor) you be straight with her and bite the bullet. tell her straight up you're not feeling this and you want to stop, don't want to lead her on. that you don't feel her like that so she shouldn't ruin her relationship with fiance since you don't share the same feelings. she'll still be on you and still be crazy but you'll reduce the odds of her trying to hurt you cause she just might respect the honesty.

B: you con her. basically you start acting like a lame around her. start simping hard. be insecure, weak, needy. she'll be so disgusted by you she will ditch you on her own.this will mess up your name but it might save you some trouble down the line. this might not be a good idea for you though since she's at your job.

I made a thread on here back in April about a new employee that told me she wanted to smash. Despite you nikkas saying that it would be a bad idea, I still went ahead and fukked. Now this bytch has caught feelings and has made work awkward as hell. All I really wanted to do was fukk but now she's talking about getting my name tatted behind her ear. She texts me 50 times a day before I respond and when I do send one text back, she sends 100 more texts before my next response. She cooked for me a few times and I was stupid enough to tell her that it was good . Now she's cooking for me everyday and bringing me a plate to work. It's to the point that I just go behind her back and empty that shyt in the trash because I think she putting something in it.

On top of all this, she has a fiance and a kid . I've been trying to talk her into liking that nikka but she insists on leaving that nikka because she found me . She wants to fukk everyday which I don't mind but she is making this shyt weird as hell. It's to the point that I'm about to start snitching that she be smoking at work so maybe she'll get fired

Anyway, I want this to be a lesson to any of you nikkas that are considering smashing a co-worker. I'm trying to find a way to end this shyt peacefully but it looks like shyt is going to hit the fan pretty soon.

Listen bro this is how you handle this. I never messed with a co-worker but i have messed with a CRAZY HOE BEFORE. from what i learned you need to create some fake drama in your life. let her know that something very important more important then her came up. like your mom got sick or a family member got cancer some bullshyt like that. and nikka play the role! be all emotional and shyt behind it. if you got sick time take some time off. yea i know it sucks but it has to believable. at first she will text you and bother you asking is there anything she can do for you. let he know the only thing you need is time for your self because your about to break down from stress. she will try to throw that p*ssy to you but don't take it. ride that out and create distance. don't answer text or nothing. trust me my nikka give it a little time and she will lose interested. been there done that
