Tell her you're young (assuming you're in your 20s) and you're not trying to settle down. Tell her these feelings she has for you will eventually pass, and not to further risk it with her own family.
But most important, Tell her you appreciate all shes doing for you, and that you want her to be happy--- even if you really don't a fukk.

2) You tell her how it can be fixed, or improved upon
3) You build her up so she feels you mean well, and not an a$$hole; she'll be less inclined to cause trouble at work
