nikkas in NY weren't really stepping like that until 2002/2003. We just danced straight up. But to each their own. Everybody in NYC danced for the most part.

I kind of want to say rap in general especially when djs started playing rap in clubs. Yeah you had the club bangers that got sprinkled in but I'm from a time and place where clubs played regional dance music (Baltimore club for me).
