Y'all think suburbs only consist of those new developments. Cookie cutter houses, uniform grass, and no trees. That's not true at all. Soul crushing?

My house would be swagged the fukk out. Wood floors, brick, a fire place, 77in OLED, surround sound, swimming pool, jacuzzi, bifold patio door that opens to the outside :wow:

Yeah but look, you have to focus on primarily the house itself. Can't really talk as much about what actually is AROUND IT. Which is what city people care about and thrives in.

Suburb lovers 90% only think about their home and can care less about the milk toast wasteland surrounding it.

You arent getting better food, you arent getting better women, you arent getting more variety on things to do, and you typically arent as visually stimulated unless your in a high nature environment, and even that gets static.

-Not all neighborhoods are boring cookie cutter

-Most grocery stores are 15 minutes away

-People use dating apps to meet women nowadays. Worse case 45 minute drive to the city and you smash at the broads place.

If I cant walk out my house and go get food, coffee, blunts, etc… then it ain’t for me.

With that said, that shyt not for everyone. I got a spot downtown and I love it. But it be taking people to point out that the noise never stop for me to realize I’m just used to it. I can sleep with my balcony door open all night and you hearing people talk, sirens, fireworks and all kind of random shyt. But I sleep right through it. I grew up living city life though so it’s all I know.

I got other spots in the city but not smack dab in the middle of everything and that’s about as far as I can go. Cause I can get a break from the madness of downtown but I’m still by everything. I feel trapped and isolated too far out the city. I don’t even go kick it if it ain’t in city limits. It’s the reason I still ain’t been to a Braves game since they moved to Cobb county

15 minutes is far lol i walk 30 seconds down the street.

Tinder in the burbs doesnt compete with the city tinder...ive done both lol most chicks are living with family or are married and open or cheating lol single folks primarily live in cities.

And those pics...arent really burbs, if you're talking neighboring houses/duplexes within the city then sure, but that's still the city.

Yeah those inner suburbs can be the best of both worlds. Even the last neighborhood in the city limits right before you leave can have a nice dense suburban feel that isn't too urban.

Suburban life is shyt. Dont know how people do it. If you aren't living in the city, then you should skip suburbs cause they are just as crowded just in a different way. Im all about living in the city. Im smack dab in the middle of downtown/shopping district but if Im not here then I need to be rural. You either want to be around people or you dont.

If it wasn't for an over abundance of cacs and Mexicans, I'd consider retirement in of them DFW suburbs
Clean parks, bike trails and fishing spots are a good look
