I rarely eat out, and when I do it definitely isn't fast food.

Imagine being required to complete 120+ credits of college level education to work as a crew member at McDonalds.

You should be blaming the environment the fast food places set for poor service. Why does Chik fil A do so well with their service relative to places like McDonalds and Wendy’s? It isn’t necessarily because of education level.
Do you want to go there???? Because we can start a whole new conversation based on this.

Why do nikkas stay with excuses, though? You can throw me into whatever environment you want and ima still come out on top. I’ve done it my whole life. What you said are the same exact excuses nikkas use when they act like being born in poverty makes it to where you can’t get right…

Or these companies pay for school so people can become industrial engineers and create a more efficient work flow

So regardless of how incompetent somebody may be the food should still flow

Just look inside Amazon factories

the company culture is markedly different at chick fil a

they love what they do and make and put the service/product on a pedestal from the get go

other fast food places dont have the same energy and are usually run by francisees that have been given a license to cut costs to create profits how "they see it" thats why there are some mcdonalds that are awesome and others that are like dumpsters

This isn’t an “excuse”. Any business you deal with has a tone set from the top with how they conduct business. Why do you think people who are upset want to deal with the manager? The workers are generally the cogs in the wheel. If McDonalds decided they wanted to focus more highly on excellent service, they would take actions to do so, including re training their employees or cutting bait to ensure the right people are in place. This literally happens in every organization in existence.

You then go out to say that workers need bachelor degrees to work fast food as if that’s the problem. That’s simplistic and ignoring the actual issue in place. A college degree doesn’t mean a person isn’t going to get an order wrong, or have a bad attitude at work, or even show up to work. Proper training from management and actual management minimizes those types of problems, not a piece of paper.

It's not incompetence. It's laziness.

They can make a sandwich at the house easily. They just don't wanna make your sandwich
I truly believe most of the workers couldn’t even get their own food order correct at home…

I've found going into the fast food place and placing an order tends to eliminate mistakes. It's also lets me see who's preparing the food and how clean the kitchen is. I will walk out if I don't like what I see.

All those mistakes mean the workers ain't give a hell about the order, and u probably wouldn't eat it if u seen who made it

When I’m in the drive thru, I wait and check the bag and then leave. Nothing worse then ordering chicken nuggets and getting no sauce
