I completely understand the need for black unity, but it seems a touch counter-productive when you cross the line from black pride into supremacy. Far be it from me to tell anyone otherwise but if you're going to be mad militant and say fukk everyone else, it alienates you in my own opinion actually sets the movement back. Now of course those at the forefront making the noise and movements are the ones getting attention, which is always good, but it's a very delicate situation which will not work if people stand on either end of the spectrum without a little moderation. I'm not saying extend a hand in love like Common, nor am I saying fukk all white people like some militants on here, but yeah the name calling is a little.. much, at times.

This Zim chick I used to mess with was so anti white it was crazy though. She would actively treat white people like servants, refused to wear white clothes, eat white bread, use mayonnaise, etc. It was hilarious at the time, and she's free to do as she pleases, but this hate, this hate bred from centuries of pain and suffering, needs to be focused on more positive efforts, once again in my own opinion.

All I want for the earth is peaceful co-existence. If we choose to segregate ourselves and uplift ourselves simply by virtue of culture or creed, we are only walking farther away from each other.
