From what women tell me I have more manly features then most dudes and im big and stocky. Makes them feel safe being around me. As far as the game part I dont spit any, I make jokes, give compliments and just go with the flow of things. The complete opposite of my looks since people say I look so mean all the damn time

Both. Looks get your foot into the door as a woman will make a swift judgment of who you are in about 2 seconds. You don't want to be a social liability to the woman from your looks.
Ignoring that aspect will just only make things harder as you will be fighting an uphill battle from the start.
To put things in simple perspective, take care of what you can such as properly grooming yourself, hygiene and dressing attractively for purposes of attraction i.e. not just being fashionable.

I think it's my facial expressions, tbh. Smile (I have good teeth/dimples) - so when I'm talking to a girl I look her in the eyes and tend to smile often.
