The best experiences I had with gaming was always with my brothers, cousins and all either sharing controllers or split screen

Goldeneye, crash bandicoot racing, super smash brothers, NFL blitz and madden, sf II turbo, etc... And even with single player games taking turns after died. shyt is completely different now

Online shyt is fun don't get me wrong but don't nothing compare to actually being next to and playing games with fam

Now we all grown and on our separate ways... it ain't the same

Yea it's part nostalgia but part truth at the same time. Games now designed to sell you microtransactions or DLC... I can't get mad at em for that because it's business

But gaming in general isn't the same to me...games becoming moreso jobs where you gotta put in dozens of hours to even have fun when before you could just cut your system on and that was it

I still get together with my friends few times a month n just kick back n play games. Get a laptop with fightcade and all the games, some stuff on steam, emulate old console games. We still in there brehs
